Project Description |

R&R Mechanical currently owns the building they occupy, however had not taken the full footprint. With the continued growth, it was decided to move their sub-tenant
out of the space and connect the two spaces. The expansion space was on a separate grade, which required adding stairs in order to connect the two spaces. The
expansion would host the new pantry and rather than closing off the space, the stairs were kept open to allow for an open connection. It would also have outdoor access
to a patio. A glass garage door was introduced to enhance the transition from interior to exterior. Due to R&R’s nature of work, the interior was meant to feel raw yet
polished.
