Project Description|

The Kyle House Group relocated their offices to find a space that better fit their use. After moving in as-is to their previous space, they were looking forward to be able to
create a space that not only fit their needs, but represented their culture. The main entry enters into a reception area with a custom reception desk, seating, and a glass
fronted conference room. Adjacent to this public space is a niche that displays many publications. Kyle House Group wanted to take advantage of the many perimeter
windows, so to maintain the connection to daylighting, sidelights, and doors with glass kits were used. The open office space acts as a central hub and connects all the areas together. It is also joined by an open meeting area. This meeting area allows for collaboration and future expansion, as well as allowing for the open office space to have access to daylighting. The space was not only a success in delivering the requirements, but also meeting a tight budget and schedule.
